Family PhysicianVirtual Menopause Care

Make women's midlife health part of your practice. Effica Health is building a national, referral-based virtual menopause clinic designed to work alongside primary care.

  • Alberta · Ontario · British Columbia
  • 100% virtual
  • Minimum 5 hrs/week
Physician conducting a virtual menopause consultation from a home office
Earning potential$300,000–$336,000Annually, based on 35 paid clinical hours per week

The model

You bring clinical judgement. We build the system around you.

01

Structured digital intake

Every patient completes a structured intake before the visit is booked.

02

Nurse or pharmacist prep

A menopause-trained RN or Clinical Pharmacist meets the patient first.

03

A clear clinical handoff

You begin with organized clinical information, not a blank screen and a waiting patient.

Our model equips physicians with Clinical Intelligence, interdisciplinary support, automation and integrated workflows, bringing the right information and resources together so they can deliver more informed, connected care.

Your role

What you will do

Review the referral, structured intake and clinical handoff

Conduct a focused virtual medical assessment

Make diagnoses and treatment decisions, as appropriate

Discuss treatment options and support shared decision-making

Prescribe medication when clinically appropriate

Order laboratory tests, imaging or other investigations when required

Initiate referrals when additional expertise or care is needed

Follow-up is provided when medically necessary. Once the reason for referral has been appropriately managed, the patient returns to their referring or primary care provider with a clear consultation summary and care plan.
