Do more clinical work. Less administrative work.
We build the technology, workflows and operational infrastructure around your practice.

Our healthcare system wasn't designed for the complexity of menopause and women's midlife health. We're changing that.
Effica is building a new model of care that combines clinical expertise, clinical intelligence, focused resources and technology to give clinicians something increasingly difficult to find in healthcare:
The ability to spend their time doing the work they were trained to do.

We're bringing together exceptional physicians, nurses, clinical pharmacists and other healthcare professionals who believe women's healthcare can be more informed, more connected and more accessible, and who want to help us build it.
The model
We redesigned the system around the clinical encounter. At Effica, the clinician doesn't start with a blank screen and a waiting patient.
Brings together the woman's symptoms, history, medications, risks, screenings and priorities before and throughout her care.
Focused support to prepare the patient, support education, coordinate care and follow through on the plan.
Reduces the administrative work surrounding the encounter.
Listening. Thinking. Questioning. Applying evidence. Exercising clinical judgement. And caring for the woman in front of them.
You focus on care. We build the system around you.
That promise is already well supported by the physician model we've developed, including structured pre-consult preparation, clinical summaries, coordinated workflows and handoffs to referring providers.
Why Effica
We build the technology, workflows and operational infrastructure around your practice.
Structured preparation and clinical intelligence mean you begin the encounter with greater context.
Work within a collaborative interdisciplinary model with access to expertise across women's health.
Our methodology, clinical pathways and resources are designed around current evidence and clinical standards.
Our virtual model provides flexibility without requiring you to build or operate your own clinic infrastructure.
Effica isn't simply delivering menopause consultations. We're working to establish a new model for how complex women's midlife care can be delivered at scale.
Physicians
We are building a national network of physicians who want to provide exceptional menopause and midlife care without the administrative burden of a traditional practice.
Effica prepares the patient and provides the clinical intelligence, collaborative team, technology, documentation support, scheduling and operational infrastructure around the consultation. You bring the part we can't automate:
Clinical judgement. Curiosity. Experience. Empathy.
Our physicians practise independently within a highly supported, interdisciplinary environment.
The opportunity
Menopause-specific onboarding and clinical pathways are provided, so prior specialization in menopause is an asset, not a prerequisite.
Explore physician opportunities →Collaborative Care Practitioners
Our Collaborative Care Practitioners, including Registered Nurses and Clinical Pharmacists, are central to the Effica model. This isn't a supporting role on the sidelines of care.
CCPs help women make sense of what they are experiencing, validate and deepen the information captured through our clinical intelligence, identify gaps and priorities, provide education, prepare women for physician assessment and help carry the care plan forward.
You work at the intersection of clinical care, education, navigation and human connection. And because Effica's technology helps organize the information around you, you can spend more of your time doing what matters:
Understanding the woman.

Beyond the clinical team
We're not only building a clinical team. We're building the technology, clinical intelligence, operations and experiences required to fundamentally change how women navigate midlife health.
From clinicians and clinical leaders to technologists, product thinkers and people building the infrastructure behind care, we're interested in people who are excited by difficult problems and aren't satisfied with the way healthcare has always worked.
If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.

If you believe in what we're building and think you could make Effica better, we'd still like to hear from you.
There are easier problems to solve. But few that affect this many women for this many years of their lives.
We're building Effica because we believe better care is possible when we give great clinicians better information, better tools and the right resources around them.
If you believe that too, there's a place for you here.
